Supreme court given verdict on loan moratorium . Supreme court decided not to extend loan moratorium for term loan accounts . Moreover there will be no waiver of interest for already given 6 month moratorium to borrowers by banks . However there is a relief to borrowers that compound interest i.e. interest on interest will not be charge for moratorium period . so banks can classify there defaulter accounts into NPA now .Watch this video for full details :
