Bank Can not call bank officers or other staffs on holidays for ATM Cash Replenishment as same is not covered under Bipartite Settlement . Bank Union wrote letter to IBA on same issue as w.e.f 01.10.2021 RBI will impose a penalty of Rs.10000.00 per ATM if ATM is dry for 10 hours . To avoid penalty bank will require staff on holidays for ATM cash replenishment . so now bank union contacted IBA on the issue . Watch Video for details .
