Easy full body workout for beginners

These Exercises don’t require a gym or special equipment. You just need some space for you to move. There are a lot of benefits to starting your day with an exercise.

Not only does it make you a happier, more emotionally stable person, it also reduces your stress, increase your body’s fat burning capabilities, lower your blood pressure, and reduce the risk for diabetes. Here’s some beginners exercise for you.

This video will help you lose a significant amount of weight by exercising on a daily basis for about 3-4x a week.

Do this workout at home without the use of any equipment. Remember that you burn fat by exercising DAILY, and paying attention to what you eat (no sugar and no grains).

Try to stick to this exercise plan to get in shape. We need not to go gym for this. No need to spend any money for this exercise. Targets the muscles of your whole body and it will give you a sweat.

If you are trying these exercises first time then do as per your convenience without hurting your body. Start with 2 minutes and increase it in phase manner as per your body requirement. Try to do as many as you can, and if you can’t go all the way to the end, just remember the number of reps and exercises you have done and just aim to do better the next time!

Please also note that this is made for beginners only and you have to increase reps in a progressive manner. I also perform more reps than shown in this video which boost my confidence and make my body slim and better. Go ahead and prove yourself. I know you can do it….
