Diet plan for weight gain

Gaining healthy weight is not as easy as losing weight.
We can gain unhealthy weight easily by eating junk food and with our unhealthy routine, but if we want to gain healthy weight we should follow some good food habits which would be beneficial for your health also.
So here are some points to follow-
Exercise- 
Exercise is very important to gain weight in a proper manner. Exercise makes us healthy.
Eat healthy calories-
Take the foods which have high calories like Avocado, beans, nuts, peanut butter, almonds.
Eat carbohydrates-
Eat fresh and seasonal fruits daily such as banana, apple, berries, melons, salad, green vegetables, boiled sweet potato and rice.
Eat FATS-
almonds, peanuts, walnut, avocado, coconut, cheese and milk and if you eat eggs than you can eat eggs also.
Eat PROTEINS-
Yoghurt, Cottage cheese, Milk, soya products.

Water-

A regular quantity of around 2 to 3 litres daily is required.

Sleep-

Good sleep is must, as per studies a sleep of around eight hours daily is required for an adult. But at least six hours of sleep must be in a routine.

To gain a healthy body we must follow a specific set of rules with dedication and must be in contact with a diet consultant for better results.
