New Salary and Arrears to Bank Employees
11th Bipartite Settlement and Joint Note for Bank employees was signed on 11th November 2020.
but new salary and arrears are still pending. There was a delay in getting the approval from Government.

The approval and clearance from the government has since been received by IBA on 18th December 2020. Now IBA would advice all the bank to proceed with the implementation of the settlement today i.e. 19th december 2020.

Govt Clears Implementation of Wage Settlement
Now when Govt Clears Implementation of Wage Settlement then it is possible that all bank employees may get New Salary as per 11th Bipartite Settlement from the month of December 2020 or January 2021 onward .
Government Directed IBA that Govt has No objection for advising banks to pay adhoc amount off arrears, revised salary, allowances, revised pension from 01 Nov 2017 as per 11th Bipartite settlement provisions.
